At Doctotalk, we aim to provide seamless and high-quality doctor consultations. Due to the nature of digital healthcare services, all payments made for consultations are generally non-refundable.

1. General Refund Policy

All consultation fees, including pay-per-minute charges and service fees, are generally non-refundable once the consultation has started or been completed, except as provided under this policy and applicable laws.

2. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases, subject to review and approval by the company, in accordance with this policy and applicable laws:

Technical Failure: If the consultation could not be initiated or was disrupted due to a verified technical issue from our platform.
Doctor Unavailability: If the doctor fails to join the consultation within the defined time window.
Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged multiple times for the same consultation.
Incorrect Deduction: If there is an unintended or excess deduction due to system error.

3. Refund Process

Users must raise a request within 24 hours of the transaction.
Requests can be submitted via the support section in the app or by contacting [support email].
Doctotalk reserves the right to request additional information for verification.

4. Approval & Timeline

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Company, in accordance with applicable laws.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the wallet only, at platform’s discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Dissatisfaction with medical advice or outcomes
User disconnects voluntarily during consultation
Incorrect selection of doctor or service by the user
Partial usage of consultation time

6. Company Discretion

Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds based on verification of the request.
