Doctotalk facilitates online consultations between users and licensed doctors and hosts educational video content uploaded by doctors. The Platform does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consultations on the Platform are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. The consulting Doctor retains full professional discretion to refuse, defer, or limit a consultation, and to require an in-person examination where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions issued through teleconsultation are limited to medicines that are permitted to be prescribed via teleconsultation under those guidelines.
Advice provided through the platform is based on the information shared during the consultation and may require in-person evaluation.
Videos and other educational content uploaded by doctors on the Platform are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual viewer.
