This Pharmacy Listing Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules that govern how pharmacies may apply for, obtain and maintain a listing in our pharmacy directory (the "Directory"). It applies to every pharmacy that submits an application, holds a listing, or purchases any paid listing tier. By applying for or maintaining a listing, you (the pharmacy owner or authorised representative) agree to comply with this Policy.
To be eligible for a listing, a pharmacy must:
We may require evidence of licensing or registration at any time and may decline or remove a listing where such evidence is not provided or cannot be confirmed.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a listing. Applications are reviewed before they are published, and listings (including any "verified" status) are granted at our sole discretion. Verification, where offered, is a limited administrative review of the information and documents supplied by the pharmacy; it is not an audit of clinical quality, premises, or ongoing compliance, and it does not constitute an endorsement of the pharmacy.
We may approve, reject, request further information about, or defer any application. We may also re-review an existing listing at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of all information you submit, including business name, address, contact details, working hours, services, categories, descriptions and photographs. You must:
Listings and listing-related conduct must not:
The Directory may offer paid listing tiers and promotional placements (for example "verified", "featured", "priority", "premium" or similar). These relate solely to the visibility, position or labelling of a listing within the Directory. They are commercial placements and do not represent a clinical, professional or quality endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of the pharmacy by us. A higher tier or placement does not imply that one pharmacy is safer or better than another.
Paid tiers and promotions are subject to the prices and terms shown at the time of purchase. Payment alone does not automatically grant or activate any benefit: paid listings and upgrades are activated only after our review and approval, and benefits are never auto-granted. Where a payment is received but the listing is not approved, or is later found to breach this Policy, we may decline activation or revoke benefits in accordance with the applicable terms.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, review, edit, suspend, downgrade or remove any listing or promotion — with or without refund where permitted — including where:
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law or operating practices. The version published on this page is the current version, and your continued participation in the Directory after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
