1.2. Financial Information
- Wallet balance and transaction history.
- Payment method information (e.g., UPI ID, card details, net banking details) stored securely via payment gateways.
1.3. Health Information
- Medical history, symptoms, consultation records, prescriptions shared through the Platform.
- Teleconsultation audio, video, or chat data.
- By using the Platform, you provide explicit consent for the collection, storage, and processing of your sensitive personal data, including health information, for the purpose of providing teleconsultation services.
- You further acknowledge and expressly consent that teleconsultations conducted via audio, video, or chat may be recorded, stored, or monitored for purposes including quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

- Device type, IP address, browser, OS, location data (if permitted).
- Platform usage logs, session duration, clicked links, preferences.
