Promo Code Terms

These terms apply when you enter a promo or affiliate code on the wallet recharge screen of the Doctotalk app. They are part of the Doctotalk Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. How a code works

• You can enter a code on the recharge screen before you pay. The app shows you the extra credit before you pay.
• You must enter the code on every recharge you want the extra on. Doctotalk does not remember a code from an earlier recharge.
• Only one code can be used on one recharge.
• A code may only be used by a person for their own recharge. You cannot use a code that belongs to you or to someone connected to you.

2. The extra credit

• The extra is a percentage of the recharge amount, with a minimum recharge and a maximum extra for each recharge, all shown in the app. These may change for future recharges.
• The extra is promotional credit. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded, and can only be used on the Doctotalk Platform. Promotional credit added with a code does not expire.
• The extra is added to your wallet when your recharge payment is successful. If your payment fails or is reversed, no extra is added, and an extra already added may be removed.

3. Welcome offers

If you are also eligible for a Doctotalk welcome offer on the same recharge, the app shows what you will receive. Unless the app says otherwise you receive the larger of the two extras, not both. A welcome offer's other benefits, such as waived fees, apply as shown in the app.

4. Recharges are not refundable

Using a code does not change the Refund Policy: wallet recharges are not refundable except in cases of system error determined by Doctotalk.

5. Who shares codes

Codes are shared by independent promoters in the Doctotalk Affiliate Program. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Doctotalk, cannot make promises on our behalf, and cannot give medical advice. The only terms of a code are those in the app and on this page. Doctotalk is not for emergencies.

6. Misuse

If a code is used in breach of these terms (for example by creating accounts only to use codes, or by using a code that belongs to you), Doctotalk may refuse the code, remove the extra credit, restrict the account, and reverse related payments to the promoter.

7. Changes

Doctotalk may change, limit, suspend or end codes at any time. A change applies to recharges made after it is published.
