Delete Your Doctotalk Account

1. Open the Doctotalk app on your device
2. Go to Profile or Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

• Email: support@doctotalk.com
• Include your registered phone number or email address in the request

When your account is deleted, the following actions will be taken:

• Personal data (name, phone number, email) will be permanently deleted
• Account access will be removed
• Wallet-related data will be cleared
• Consultation history may be retained if required for legal or compliance purposes

Account deletion is processed immediately or within 3–5 business days, depending on the method used. You will not be able to recover your account once the deletion is complete.
