About
I believe mental health care begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where patients can speak openly about their struggles, emotions, and life experiences without fear or hesitation. Whether someone is dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, sleep issues, relationship difficulties, emotional burnout, ADHD, OCD, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my approach is centred on compassion, empathy, and personalised care.
I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with supportive guidance and psychoeducation, while recognising that every person’s journey is unique. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping individuals regain confidence, emotional balance, and a better quality of life. I value building a trusting doctor patient relationship where healing happens gradually, respectfully, and together.
