I am a Ayurveda Physician with over six years of clinical experience in managing lifestyle disorders through personalized Ayurvedic treatment, diet, and lifestyle modification. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Ayurveda at the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar, with research focused on obesity, healthy aging, and phenotypic age.
