What to watch for
Watch for lower back pain radiating to one leg that is sciatica, watch for extreme numbness/ tingling, watch when the pain is more? Morning or night

First treat the cause of nerve pain
If it is not getting better- we can add pain medicines like gabapentin + nortryptyline
